Meet the project team

 
Simon Langdon

Simon Langdon is an acknowledged authority on crisis management and will co-lead this project.

He has worked on projects with central government, the rail industry, the media, the aviation industry, the Financial Services industry both in UK and Switzerland and the Church of England.

Simon assisted the British Standards Institute in the development of the Crisis Management Guideline BS11200. He is a former winner of the Business Continuity Consultant of the Year.

 
Charles Brindley

Charles Brindley is an Experience Designer and will co-lead this project 

He has spent over 20 years implementing customer-centric programmes both at the strategic and operational level. He focuses on how buildings are designed and operated from the point of view of customers and the people who work there; how they use space, understand intuitive instructions and align with process.

Rebecca Norton is freelance consultant specialising in crisis management and resilience

She is experienced at helping organisations prepare for and respond to disruptive events and has worked across a wide range of different industries including; The NHS, housing, gas and water industry, central and local government and international humanitarian response. Rebecca holds a BSc Hons in Disaster Management and Professional Diploma in Business Continuity Management (BCM).

 
Nessa Good

Nessa Good is a Virtual PA and Event Organiser.  She will manage all the logistics and organisation for the work. 

She has worked for twenty years at the BBC holding positions with Radio 4, Breakfast TV, across all live news output and directed World Service Television.  She works as an Executive Assistant for a range of different organisations.

Ben Crowe

Ben graduated from Exeter University with First Class degree in Business Studies and Sustainability. He is supporting the development of RiD by helping align thinking around key topics so that projects are created and described according to the needs of member organisations.
