Future Hybrid Working Model

This report strengthens the knowledge base of the RiD Future Hybrid Working Model. It describes current themes in the eight categories of the model, supported by key learning points to help move forward.

From this work, three main macro themes for Hybrid working have emerged:

1. From organisation to organising – Balancing networks and hierarchies.

2. A lot has changed – Transitioning to new ways of working.

3. New capabilities and routines – Dynamic boundaries and collaborative practices.
